Why we made it
The usual way is to export orders, open a spreadsheet and hope the VAT rates land in the right place. The report plugins out there show the numbers as they are today. If an order is refunded three months later, the report no longer matches what you filed in your VAT return.
We wanted one report per month or VAT term that stays the way it was when the period closed. Made for Norwegian VAT, and for accountants who want the numbers, not another system.
How it works
You don't change anything in your shop.
The shop gathers the numbers
Sales, VAT per rate, countries, payment methods and refunds, right in WooCommerce admin. Export to CSV whenever you like.
The period closes
With Pro, a PDF overview and vouchers are made when the month or term is over. It goes into the archive and doesn't change.
Your accountant gets it
With Pro+, the documents are emailed to you and your accountant every time. You don't have to remember.
Under the hood
- The free version is localEverything is calculated in your shop. No licence and no external calls.
- Only totals leave the shopPro sends summed-up numbers per period. Order lines, customer names and addresses stay with you.
- Closed periods stayIf something changes in a closed period, you get a new version. The old one is not overwritten.
- Currencies and EU VATPro fetches ECB exchange rates and EU VAT rates, so sales in other currencies and OSS come out right.

Questions and answers
- Does the PDF overview replace vouchers?
- No. It is a summary that ties the period to your VAT return. Use it for reconciliation, not as your only voucher.
- Month or VAT term?
- Your choice. Reports can be made per month or per VAT term.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, the free version keeps working as before.
- Renewal and refunds?
- The subscription renews automatically. On a yearly plan you get a reminder 14 days ahead. You can get a full refund on your first purchase within 14 days, no reason needed.
